This company is an incredible opportunity for the right people. - Exceptional office. - Perfect engineering team size for the stage of the company. Cons: - Ultimately, it wasn't a mutual fit with the role they needed to fill and my interests. I'd recommend this company to any fullstack engineer. - Some red flags in the offer. In phone calls the 409A numbers were buried among _highly_ aspirational scenarios and in the offer letter packet the benefits are phrased in a weird way (eg "100% 401k match […] up to $x" where x is not competitive). These wouldn't be issues for me if they were just explained honestly. - The recruiting team seemed a little overwhelmed at times.
