Process started March 11th and ended with he final set of interviews on April 7th. Was a very simple and easy process. Started with the interview with the recruiter, after I moved on to the second interview with a current BDR manager, and was finally asked if I would be open to traveling to the Chicago in-person interviews. Final interview was with 3 BDR Managers, and the Director of the BDR Department.
