I had a bad experience with this company. It took about two months and five interviews before I received an offer. After another month I received information that because of my nationality they need to get a new certificate to be able to hire me. They always came with the phrase "we still want to hire you" and told me that they have to postpone the hiring process for 6 months and that if I resign after getting the certificate, I have to pay compensation. The worst thing was waiting and waiting and losing other offers because of this company.

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. The interview felt like a waste of time. Instead of evaluating my skills and experience, it felt like they were just looking for one specific implementation of a trivial task that matched their personal preferences.
The feedback I received was not only unfair but also unnecessarily harsh and personal, making the whole experience frustrating and demotivating. They claimed that I wasn’t involved enough in the conversation, even though I was trying hard to engage and show my interest.

telephone screening round after that technical call , initial interview ask for basic questions like diff between call and apply, what is stack and q , how does a website works ? your background , why are you changing the job etc
