I applied online and got a call from the recruiter within couple days . After a short conversation , she set me up for a phone screen with one of the hiring managers. The phone screen with the hiring manager and the on-site went well, and I was extended an offer within couple days of my interview .The entire interview process was very efficient, they treat interviewers with respect, and try to have a very short turnaround time with their decision. The team at box was very friendly, professional, and accommodating . I could not accept then due to the timing of some personal events, but I would join box in a heart beat at any other time.

Very laidback attitude. Questions were resume based & behavioral. No technical questions were asked. I should have given technical details on my projects, I talked pretty high level and I guess thats why they rejected me. The last couple of interviewees looked bored but were going through the motions. I picked up the vibe that they had already made up their mind to reject me
