Initial call with recruiter followed by a zoom call with the hiring manager. Unsure what the last round would be as did not make it that far. Overall a rather average experience. Moved very quickly from the first to the second round. Had a very positive experience with the hiring manager who seemed very keen to progress my application but then radio silence for about 3 weeks followed by a rejection email. Just seemed a bit odd to get a mixed signal by the hiring manager but ultimately a rejection. Nevermind!
