There was an HR phone screen which was simple. The second interview was a technical phone screen with the hiring manager - again, very basic interview. They give you an industry and ask you what would be relevant use cases to Box. The last round is on-site and you have 4-5 one on one interviews. Then you have to do a mock presentation of a kickoff implementation and demo Box functionality. The strange thing is that you have to answer very detailed questions about Box functionality (ex. Active Directory integration, how to upload 5000 users quickly, etc.) so make sure you learn as much about the product as you can, before going into the interview.

First invitation and interview with the HR manager - about the CV and initial experience. Then introduction to the team leader and office manager at the location. Relaxed atmosphere, it's all about fitting into the team.
