It was a great experience with great people. I went through a recruiter screen, 4 rounds with various peers and people on the team and the last round was onsite with exec.

The interview process went well. However, there is no communication between the recruiter and the hiring manager.
I got an email for a survey “after interview” that was essentially a rejection email with no rejection. I didn't even know they decided not to love forward with my candidacy until I put two and two together.
Not a great candidate experience.
