My interview process was terrible. So inefficient and a waste of time. The coordinator didn’t know how to answer my questions and even got the date of my originally scheduled interview right. When I finally met him when I came onsite, he was very dismissive of my questions about the timeline and interview process. He clearly had no idea what to answer. So unprofessional.

First stage was a phone interview with an HR Parnter/Recruiter. Second stage was with the hiring manager. Interview was very casual, lots of back-and-forth dialog and interaction. Very natural discussion. However, there was zero follow up for 4 weeks from either HR or the hiring manager - despite 4 voicemails and 2 emails. As a final-4 candidate, I would have expected the professional courtesy to be informed of any decisions to move forward, or not.
