J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Box

Interview with 2 recruiters. Then I interviewed with the manager who then passed me to a rep to interview with. The interview with the manger went well. I thought the interview with the sales rep went well, was told they thought I would be good fit and then I receive a email stating I wasn’t a good fit and they are moving on. I don’t like that company allows other sales rep to choose the next rep. Especially since the rep interviewing had no prior software experience. Especially considering I work for one of top software companies. My advise is take control as a manager and choose your reps. A sales rep with no prior software experience before this company shouldn’t be interviewing anyone. Just a thought

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Box (Dallas, TX)

It was thorough but transparent and quick. From start to finish it was about 3 weeks. While I was not offered the role, I made it through the final interview, so this time frame does not include the time to draw up and send an offer.
The process included several virtual rounds that felt professional and friendly. It felt very conversational, and the panel role-play was engaging and well organized. Everyone I met was nice, though real-time feedback was limited and timelines could’ve been clearer. Overall, positive experience.
