The company is growing fast. But the dumbest part is interview is conducted by people who have very little or no experience. I got a call for the interview through referral. Two telephonic interviews and 5 1:1 interview onsite. Only question that was asked to me was What would you do if the Box.com does not open up. Worst part is one of the interviewer was an Indian tech support guy and I found him extremly bad at conducting interview, he was hardly paying attention to what I was saying more over when I answered his question he said I was wrong. He believed that the answer can be correct only if gets to hear what he wants to hear. Most amusing part is he has a masters degree and is in tech support.
Don't have any high expectations from this company, no matter how well you perform at the interview you will get a reject.
