Entretien
The interview process for a Marketing Intern position typically starts with preparing a detailed job description that outlines necessary skills such as social media management, content creation, and basic analytics.
Next, the company advertises the position on job boards and social media to attract applicants. After receiving resumes, HR screens them to shortlist candidates.
The first round often involves a brief phone or video interview to assess candidates' motivation and communication skills. Selected candidates are then invited for a more in-depth interview, where they discuss their relevant experience and may complete a practical task, such as creating a sample social media post or analyzing a marketing campaign.
Following the interviews, the hiring team evaluates candidates based on their skills, personality fit, and potential to contribute to the team. Once a decision is made, the chosen candidate is contacted with a formal offer, and after acceptance, onboarding and initial training are scheduled to help them integrate into the company environment

interviewer was rude and late, when asked about the company culture was told that punctuality was important in the company. overall a frustrating interviewer and interview, but it was rather easy to get into!
Virtual, numerous questions, comfortable and in a non-formal setting where it was more a chat then interview. Once the interview stage is complete then an application centre would need to happen.
