I first submitted my resume online, then I got a very quick reply through email. I had a phone interview scheduled right away. The phone interview was held directly by my mentor. She asked some general question about research topic and a few basic questions about communication. The offer was made at end of the interview. The interview took less than 1 hour. In overall, the process is very quick.

Hearing back on the application took a long time but the hiring process itself was a bit better. I still believe that for an internship the process is too long. Once you get contacted about the position and you get interview the processes goes much quicker after that. Overall the staff is great and it is really not their fault for the process taking so long it is just the way that it is structured
