There are several rounds and they often begin by asking for a long, multipart academic essay, then proceed to an interview that involves a lot of "trick" questions and tough, very specific technical questions

There is one technical round L1 then L2 and then HR round
A statistical, mathematical, logical test using a testing platform. But I wouldn't know what comes next, because even tho I came first in the test (they published the points directly) and then was invited for an interview with HR, after 5 mins they send me an email they had closed the position.

Submitted my resume through their web portal.
Got some email response.
went through a take hom technical exam, as well as a technical phone interview.
Then I got ghosted.
For weeks I sent messages to the recruiter both through email, and through their HR portal system.
NO RESPONSE. The worst recruiter behavior I have ever encountered.
