Recruiter pre-screen via email, followed by behavioral call with hiring manager, followed by panel technical interview with a few engineers on the team. They ended up ghosting after the panel technical interview, which is ridiculously disrespectful. I get ghosting after the pre-screen, but after I've interviewed with multiple people is insane.
