The interview process was an hour total spanning across three weeks. There was one 30 minute screening with HR and one 30 minute behavioral interview with the Principal of the contract you’ll join.

Give a time where you were leading a product build and you were going to miss a deadline. How would you approach this with the client?

Manager and 2 developers spoke to me for 30-45 minutes. Basic testing questions ranging from Test Case creation and maturation. Some automation questions indicating they had nothing for any testing tool. They did indicate using Microsoft Test Manager as their test storage tool of choice

The interview process was three stages really, the 'pre-interview', the 'technical interview' and then the 'mission-fit interview'. The technical interview is by hard the hardest, where you're asked specific theory based questions that you may not have thought of in a while in your day to day job. The mission fit interview is designed so that you're able to be hired into a specific work center. It's a bit of a tedious process.
