Interviewed 2 full rounds for booz - didn't receive an offer after the first 5 rounds because recruiter failed to mention transparency and they went with an internal hire. The second opportunity and second 5 rounds was for a FT position and by the end of those interviews, I was given a verbal offer only for it to change to a contract position and low balled me extremely low. Honestly, a waste of time and quite frankly, one of the most defeating processes I've ever had to go through. 10 interviews completed, over 6 hours worth of my time used by a company that thought they could offer me a non secure job at an unlivable wage. Appalling for a company with high reputation like Booz. Regardless of recession- companies can also learn to respect their interviewees time.
