It was a five person interview conducted via phone. The questions were to see if I would be a good fit for the culture and not just for the job. The phone interview began with the top of the chain and went down to one with someone who would end up being my coworker. Each person tried to understand your skills as well as your ability to exemplify the culture.

One interview with 3 people. Just resume focused. I applied for a Mid Level role, so they asked me about some of the school senior projects as well, why do i want to work here, all that good stuff

The process is competitive and has many steps to it. They really care about how you would fit within the team along with your skills and experience. You do end up meeting quite a few people as you move through the process.
