I had an initial screening interview a week before I had my 6-personal panel review. I didn't get the position, but I still feel it was a great experience after not interviewing after so many years. The questions were job-specific and professional. I had an option to have to have my video on or off due to where both parties were location. I walked away from it hoping that I get another opportunity to interview again, especially given my inside source, I was person number 2 out of 10 candidates. You definitely have to prepare for their interview.
