2 Part Interview. One was for technical background which they gauge what skill level your on. The other was kind of a personality type. To see how you interact with other people while at the same time testing your problem solving and analytical thinking.

Just another company that allegedly loves my resume and wants to hire me immediately, only to string me along and reject me. Like why waste our times? Just say you want someone who's cheaper, or you want someone who's qualified in the whole IT department.

Interview setup by recruiter. Group voice call with 4 people. Asked personality and technical questions. Not super formal, a casual interview. Overall fairly easy process but requisition was all over the place making it hard to prepare.

Tell me about how you handled a difficult situation.
Phone call interview process to gather more details about myself and the company. Interview lasted about 20 minutes. Would have been followed up by an in person interview. I did not go through with the in person interview.
