J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Booz Allen Hamilton (McLean, VA) en sept. 2010
Entretien
I consider myself an employee referral since several co-workers from a previous job transferred to Booz and I asked one of them to forward my resume to a manager. I received an initial phone call, after which we scheduled a formal phone screen where I was asked my capabilities, timeframe, salary requirements, and citizenship status. Then I was scheduled for an in-person recruiting event. I only met with one person. The other person slated to interview me was stuck on a conference call. They advised me to go home. A few days later, I received notification to do a phone interview. A few days later, I received a call informing me that they are extending an offer.
the company made it easy to interview in Headquarters location, was more of a formality at that point as initial questions had been conducted while on site of existing/ previous contractor
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
How do you engage with stakeholders and users regarding their system needs
It was informal and over zoom. We mainly discussed small talk and it was a a personality type of interview. There was a lot of ambiguity about what I would actually be doing in the role.
Was quick and easy, had 2 virtual interviews. The managers asked me questions regarding requirement gathering and the SDLC. The first interview was an initial screening and second was lead by 2 managers that I would be working under.
