I was scheduled for two interviews. The first interviewer called in late, remained distracted most of the call, and then instructed me to elaborate on certain aspects of my experience with the next interviewer as we were then out of time. He did not ask about these areas during our call. I prepared for my second interview later that week, called into the Teams call, and waited 40 minutes for the interviewer to call in . She never did. I was told via email several days later they would not be moving forward with my application. Overall, the experience was the worst I have had for any job I have applied to previously. The interviewers did not value my time, nor did I receive the usual level of respect I would expect in an interview (to be listened to and engaged with). I would not recommend Booz Allen Hamilton - their values do not extend beyond marketing materials.
