Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and after messing up several times, a time was set up for on site interview. One of three interviewers didn't show on the day of the interview.
The first person who interviewed me had no idea what she was doing. She wasn't very technical but was doing a technical interview. She claimed that promotions didn't happen in booz allen unless you had 10 years of experience in the role you are in. No proper handshake, so sense of timing with the interview questions or even any sort of gravitas that a person in consulting role would have. She would have been my boss had I chosen to work there.
Second person did behavioral interview. Much more competent and very asked sensible questions. Although she wasn't technical either she asked me to describe the latest project I'm working on in detail and have through follow up questions. Very professional yet very approachable. She claimed promotions I'm booz allen happened based on merit and not just the amount of time spent there.
Overall less than okay experience.
