Smooth process. Highly technical questions. Did go a bit long but it was a good thing since we enjoyed discussing the specifics. Everyone on the panel had questions to ask to try and get various viewpoints of the same general topic.

I went through four different stages of interviews over a ~ 1 month timeframe. 1. Screen with recruiter. 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Technical talk and half-day interview with BAH employees. 4. Interview with DoD client.

Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
