I have to admit, I was pretty unimpressed by the professionalism of Booz. I was referred in by an employee, contacted by an employee, flown up for an interview series 1:1 with 3 associates, and then never heard from again. I tried contacting my former "reliable" recruiter for the next 3 weeks and was NEVER called back. I finally accepted an offer with Deloitte for the same position and withdrew my application, but was extremely turned off by Booz's lack of professionalism. While the interviews were easy, the lack of communication among the HR staff was strongly a turnoff. I expected a lot better from a company with a supposed strong reputation...
