Hiring process, or the on-boarding is the best in class. Really care about getting the employees prepared and not just thrown into the mix. Interview process was pretty typical (initial phone screen, in person interviews with about 4-5 managers that last about 30-45 each).

I went through four different stages of interviews over a ~ 1 month timeframe. 1. Screen with recruiter. 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Technical talk and half-day interview with BAH employees. 4. Interview with DoD client.

Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
