Depends on the team - most try to do "speed dating"… you'll start with a phone interview first with someone from "sourcing". Some teams try to do a case study style interview

Technical questions - that as a management consultant you may not have an understanding. Don't say in your resume you're an "expert" in something unless you're ready to back it up

Entretien
It was a very long and confusing process that started in August 20111 and was subject to multiple instances of last minute rescheduling due to changes on their side. I had 6-7 interviews in total between in person, phone screen and phone-interviews with peers, local leadership and more senior executives. Some intelligent questions but in general the perception was the most of the interviewers did not know what they would do with a new hire at the Senior Associate level. Several months later the HR person told me they were going through a "utilization drill", aka staff reduction, and were going to follow-up around Thanksgiving (Nov/2011). It never happened. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism of this company.
