A recruiter sent a link to submit the official application and was then able to do a pre-screen and schedule an interview date two weeks out. Did two back-to-back rounds of interviews, first with the hiring manager and a consultant on his team, then with a newer consultant from the team. I was free to go after the second interview (same day) and awaited the news over the weekend.
