Several rounds of interviews, Final Round was 4.5 hours in one afternoon with 3 different people for a 1:1, after all was done I was told to wait 5 minutes and HR would come in, she came in 45 minutes later. When she came in she wanted to negotiate salary right then and there and when I stated I didnt want to she acted unprofessional in my opinion by making rude statements when I talked about my qualifications. I know several people that work at Booz Allen and love it but everyone I've talked to says they hate the recruiting and interviewing process.
