Interview was at the Booz Allen Hamilton headquarters. Four other candidates had same interview appointment time as me. The first half hour, the HR person introduced all of us to the company and the benefits. The next one and half hours, each one of us were put in separate 1:1 interview rooms. Interviewers came to each of the interview rooms. After the half hour was up, the interviewers switched interview rooms to interview the other candidates. This was for one and half hours so we had three 1:1 interviewers for half hour each. The interview went okay. It was almost like a casual conversation. They had copies of my resume so they asked about my background and experiences. They mentioned they were looking for someone who is a good fit for their teams.
