J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Booz Allen Hamilton (Baltimore, MD) en juin 2011

I received invitation to attend Army Market Career event at McLean office. I was told by the recruiter that I'll be scheduled for couple of interviews with hiring managers and it will not be a career fair type event. It ended up being a career fair. It seemed like this was the first time Booz Allen was conducting the event. It didn't look organized and HR folks were running around trying to do last minute changes. Even the Senior associate I interviewed with didn't looked happy about the arrangements. You really can't conduct interview for a professional position across a bar/pub table with seven other interviews going on in the same conference room.
I was scheduled to interview with only one hiring manager. After about 2 minutes of conversation, we both realized that we didn't align with each other needs. I decided to find the table that I thought aligned better with my experience. Spoke with the Lead associate for about five minutes. Discussed my skills/job experience and the work the department did. I received an offer the next day.

The process is competitive and has many steps to it. They really care about how you would fit within the team along with your skills and experience. You do end up meeting quite a few people as you move through the process.
