The interview process consisted of two stages. The first stage was with a member of HR, who conducted the initial screening regarding the position and salary expectations. The second part of the interview was with the technical team, this pool was composed of Brazilian and American team, in which the STAR methodology was used.

Tell me about any difficulties in a project you participated in, what were the options to solve the problems and it outcome.
Have you ever led a project? Have you ever had a problem with a member of the project team? How did you solve it?
Interview will have an technical round following a structure round, Interview questions will be based on wiring harness design and based on your previous experience.
Round are moderate to easy and many questions will be based on tool as well.

What are the factors to consider while deciding wire AWG?
Boeing conducts well organised interview both technical and behavioural. Technical is more likely into job description and followed by structural round taken by manager. One has to crack both and each ll have feedback.
