2 Interviews - 1 behavoral, and 1 technical before HR notified an offer was being drafted. It was overal a very straightforward process. Unfortunately, the offer was never sent and I received no follow up despite reaching out multiple times.

There was one interview. We discussed my background from active cell balancing research to PCB design to my teaching and other research. I was offered the job after a couple of hours.

Panel interview, Behavioral questions and technical questions centering on past situations. STAR Method. The Interviewers were easy to talk to, and had answers to all my questions. Seems like a good place to work, with hands on options for engineers.
