AI-type interview through website application and then phone interview with actual people. Website interview included cognitive games like mental math or matching objects. Phone interview was normal with general interview questions.

Entretien
Straightforward, focused on stories and lessons learned. Using the STAR method when speaking helps the interviewers take notes of your answers. Also, there were fewer technical questions than expected, as questions were focused on soft skills and your ability to describe a situation.

Very easy phone screen, only one round. Recruiter asked basic behavior questions like why do you want to work at boeing. Asked basic resume questions, very little technical questions asked at all. Overall 1/5 difficulty

The interview process was pretty short. I had 3 interviewers who all asked me questions related to their field. It was both behavioral and technical but I applied to a general engineering role so there wasn't much weight on technical questions.
