J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Boeing (Los Angeles, CA)
Entretien
Virtual questionnaire, no real person interviewing, just talking to your computer. Regular "tell me about a time you xxxxx" questions. Then some iphone-esque games to "gauge" intelligence and problem solving. Then a couple questions about who you are as a person. "what picture is more important to you?" type questions. I heard nothing for months (maybe 4) and then received an automated rejection letter.

Entretien
Behavioral based questions, usually five. One is always a "tell me about yourself" question. The panel is busy writing notes and there isn't much eye contact. Nothing off script either.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you solved a technical issue
A 5 questions virtual interview and then 3 psychometric games with Hire-Vue. The questions were quite difficult but there was about 1 minute to plan out your answer and practice. The games were pattern recognition and emotionally based. They outlined how to play each game before hand.
