I had to complete one online interview, and one in person interview, with a technical assessment. Technical assessment consisted of 3 questions including writing a set of instructions, drawing a flow diagram, and analysing a document.

I applied for the role of Graduate Technical Author. I got one online interview where two people asked me behavioral questions, and then a few days later they invited me to another in-person interview in London where two people asked me technical questions.
