I applied online and then attended a job fair. I was then sat down for an in person interview. I was interviewed by two other individuals. After the interview was over , I was hired on the spot(pre contingent).

It was a panel inteview with 3 different interviews. All of them were very friendly and laid back. Focused on behavioral questions and less focused on technical. Walked through my resume and went more in depth on each project/experience
