The process was pretty standard. There were 5 questions and each of them was open-ended. They asked for some straight-up, and some using the STAR method. They also took some time to explain what they were looking for in their questions.

I had a panel interview. The interviewers were really nice and they just asked about my experience and interests. They also answered questions I had regarding moving around in the company after being hired.

Entretien
1 hour interview over webex, I was asked four technical scenarios I had been involved in and how I handled those situations. I followed the STAR answer model and the interviewers (4 engineering managers) were very friendly and knowledgeable.
