Quick phone call with recruiter then longer phone interview after. The recruiter was very friendly and made it easy to set up the later phone interview with two employees in similar positions to the one you applied for.

The interview consisted of a panel. The interview was STAAR-focused and lasted around 30-45 minutes. There was only one round in the application process, and it took about 3 months to be contacted.
