Got a call directly from the hiring manager and pretty much interviewed me on the spot. Questions were mainly about my resume. This was a different format compared to how Boeing usually conduct their interviews.

The interview process was relatively straight forward. Make sure to review the pdf pamphlet that HR/Hiring Manager emails to you as it gives key components on how to prepare for your virtual interview through Webex. The interview is based off the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, and Result) methods.
