I was applying through a program through the University of Washington and they asked us 4 questions that they wanted us to answer using the STAR model. There were two interviewers. One was part of the college of engineering , the other was the hiring manager. It was really easy going, and the manager was nice and told me the expectations of how to structure my answers
On Teams, asked STAR behavioral questions for 30 minutes and questions for 15 min. Talked with a panel of four people from Boeing and they all took turns asking questions
