The hiring process took awhile because of the background checks. But the interview process was actually delightful and they treated me quite well. They were prompt on time, took the time to make sure I was comfortable.

Easy interview. Nice people. Only really asked a question or two. They were trying to figure out if I was a geek like them, and if I could explain a simple to follow process.
