This was by far the best interview experience I have had. I worked with a recruiter. They consistently kept me up to date and ensured that my anxiety was as low as possible. The team was efficient and flexible. I could not have asked for a better experience.

It's standard to complete design tests. However, I would say their design test was more challenging than others that I have done. After completing the test, expect to go over the test with the team. They'll challenge your ideas and ask you to elaborate and build on your answers.

Applied, was contacted for interview, and did a phone screening with a member of the team, then was advanced to in person interviews. In person interviews was 2 rounds, first round with various discipline leads and then witj members of the team i interviewed for.

The interviewer reached out through email and gave me a week to do a design test that has a list of prompts for me to pick 3 questions to do from. The interviewer was really friendly and nice!

There was a no-sharing policy, but it's asking to see our design process and logic with prompts that ask us to future iterate on current games from the company.
