I was contacted by a recruiter who set up the whole interview process for me, she was lovely! After that, I interviewed with a group of people that were in the department I was applying for. The entire interview was conducted over the phone, and they were all really good about not interrupting each other, keeping the interview on track and making sure all their questions got asked while leaving me room to ask my own questions at the end of the call. I felt really comfortable talking to everyone, and definitely felt like my answers were heard and understood completely.
