After a phone screening with HR manager, there are two consecutive 1 on 1 interviews followed. Asks lots of 'what would you do?...' questions about your position.

Apply through web page, and HR manager contacted me via email. And then team leader and Project Manager interview together. After the interview, HR manager contacted me again via phone, and i got no offer from them.
