A simple Hirevue with only 3 questions and no retakes but there is a a sufficient amount of time to prepare and answer each question. Just an average Hirevue, nothing too crazy or out of the ordinary.

1) Why Blackrock? 2) Tell me about a recent piece of news or article that made you excited to apply for this role and/or program at BlackRock? 3) Describe a time when you had to make a data-driven decision?
The first stage involved submitting a CV and answering usual questions about grades etc on an online form. You then had to answer 3 questions via video recording. The question would come up, you’d have a few minutes to prepare, and then the time would start.

good, only done hirevue not heard bvack so unsure what actual interview is like. wads just talking to the device, you have 2 mins to prepare and 3 mins to answer. i think.

Hirevue. Asked 3 questions with one practise question, Given a minute to prepare and 2 minutes to answer the question. Pretty straightforward behavioural questions and also a video that explains how the interview will be conducted.
