Got a call from someone at Blackrock. Had an initial informal interview followed by 2 interviews with n overseas Office. After clearing these rounds was invited to their office to attend a couple of interviews

direct superday interviews if i remember correctly. first interview was comprised of a difficult statistics question, some behavioral questions and interviewer seemed inexperienced. second interviewer was more senior and seemed to want very specific answer to her problem solving question
