The questions did not directly relate to Blackrock and my reason for choosing them or asset management in general. They were personal.

It was through HireVue and you had 3 minutes to prepare your answer and 2 minutes to record your answer. Before each question, there was a video so you had a bit of rest time and a way to reset your brain before moving on to the next question.

Online assessment on HireVue for the 2025 Spring Insight Event - Technology - Software Engineering - London. The interview is online and it features 3 questions with 2 minutes given for thinking and another 2 for answering.
