After CV screening, I was invited to record a short interview online. I was asked to answer three pre-recorded questions. I was given 30 seconds to prepare the question and 2 minutes to answer. Questions were not too specific.

Submit a virtual cover letter. This included getting in front of the computer screen and recording why I wanted to work at BlackRock as an Advisory & Strategy - Client Solutions - Intern. After I submitted the video and my application I heard back 2 months later from BlackRock. I was informed that they would not move forward with my application.
