Interviewed through a job recruiter. The 5 round whole process was off putting because the initial interviewer said they typically don't hire people as old as me. Is was a strange thing to say given the position required 8 years of experience. I am fortunately not old enough for this to be a protected characteristic, but it's good to know that when I am in this category that this place will be bad news for me.
