I applied online and received an invitation to complete a Hirevue screening. The screening consisted of two questions. First, why do you want to join BlackRock. And second, tell us something about yourself that we can't get from your resume.

Entretien
I did an HR phone screening, it was nothing much, just asked general questions (like background)
Then I got the interview in person. It was quite easy, not too pressured
The interviewers told me what the job was about, what their roles were, etc.
At the end, they provided me a feedback: I don't have direct experience in the financial industry (so would you invite me in to this round)

Worst HR I’ve ever dealt with. Extremely slow. My whole application process took over 6months. The colleagues were understanding and I ended up contacting the hiring manager over linkedin as HR were unresponsive about interview results.
